Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as completed within your account. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been dispatched unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at [email protected]. We may request that the faulty goods be returned via recorded delivery, and we will cover the return shipping costs upon receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on subscription orders unless an item is faulty or missing.
Delivery & Non-Collection
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, you may request a refund for the items, but the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you enter incorrect address details at checkout, we are not liable for the delivery of the parcel. Please double-check all information before placing an order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is lost or delayed, we will investigate with the courier. Investigations can take 5–15 days. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement.
If a parcel is shown as delivered with sufficient evidence, no refund or replacement will be offered.
Fraudulent claims regarding non-delivery will be reported.
